Qualifications and Training in Occupational MedicineThe Faculty of Occupational Medicine offers generalist qualifications aimed at the part time practitioner, and specialist training for those wishing to work in the field full-time. Although knowledge can be acquired through experience in the workplace, in the absence of formal training in occupational medicine, this may not meet the requirements for competence that are demanded by many aspects of health and safety legislation. Generalist QualificationsDiploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed):
